Knowsley council’s previous management process consisted of a simple key cabinet device which didn’t provide them with enough security. Their software was out of date and therefore didn’t allow for an easy and stress-free process. It also failed to prevent keys from going missing and the lack of security made it easy for anyone to gain access to their cabinet.
