Challenges:

Before introducing Keytracker, Amey’s Sheffield branch, had an outdated Traka32 system for a while. However, following good feedback from another Amey contract, they have decided to change to a more web-based system, where they can view and manage the different features of the software from any device, location, or time. This transition would make their process a lot quicker and easier to manage, resulting in the elimination of admin users needing to be on-site to manage key transactions. 

Solution:

Amey Sheffield contacted Keytracker and discussed their requirements and desires for their ideal key management solution. After careful deliberation, Amey purchased the Electronic Key Cabinet, providing them with everything they sought. The system allows the drivers to select what category of keys they require and run reports against their other driver management systems to ensure that drivers only pass around keys to those with the correct vehicle license category. The system is also streamlined between both depots, allowing the drivers to return the keys to any cabinet and allowing admin users to manage user settings such as setting up profiles or PIN Code resets at any time of day. These benefits and features further highlight the flexibility and convenience of Keytracker’s electronic cabinets. 

Adam & Jak understood the requirements of the contract. We have made minor changes as we have gone along, and the support team have been quick to make these changes. Lisa drops an email monthly to make sure everything is running smoothly, and we have enough consumables. The admin users save 3-4 hours weekly as the system is reactive and easy to navigate.
