Challenges:

Before being introduced to Keytracker, Perrys used a different key management system to manage their keys and assets. Their previous system didn't provide enough security for their valuable vehicle keys and it became difficult to keep track of which user was in possession of each key, so they sought a new solution.

Solution:

To solve this issue, Perrys contacted Keytracker, which supplied them with a mechanical system. The peg-in, peg-out system has implemented stronger security measures for all vehicle keys. Additionally, it also enforced accountability among all staff due to the personalised access pegs. With an immediate visual of who has what keys at what time, the team never has to worry about unauthorised access or missing keys again. The implementation of the mechanical solution has also eliminated the risk of theft.
