- Bronze – free wallplanner or pen with every accessory order
- Silver – 4 x free Friday delivery with seasonal chocolates & goodies
- Gold – 10 x free delivery on all items, with seasonal chocolates or goodies and a personal account manager.
- Platinum – free delivery on all items always, with seasonal chocolates or goodies and a personal account manager, plus an extra 2.5% off every transaction

All accounts are reset every 2 years on 1st January, with points and status available until the following May
Random prize draws for sporting & hospitality events will be made, to include all active loyalty members
