Every electronic cabinet has its own web page, accessible from any internet device.

Electronic Key Cabinet options include:

Static (numbered) or Dynamic (return anywhere) set up – Static is a quick way to see if a key is in or out, when a clear cabinet door is used. – Dynamic allows keys to be returned to any cabinet in any position, but will require a quick system search every time they are required.

Clear or solid cabinet doors. – High security, multi-point locking doors are also available for remote or less secure sites.

Fingerprint, card or PIN number access. Existing access control cards can be used, but please send a sample when placing your order. PIN can be used alongside fingerprint or card, for occasional or special access.

Ensure your system has enough access points to avoid queues.

Individually locking key positions are available at about 20% extra, as every key position has a powerful solenoid to prevent withdrawing unauthorised keys.

Grey is standard, but any colour cabinets are available with longer lead times.

All electronic systems are assembled and pretested to order, generally within 4-6 weeks.

Installation to a solid wall is always preferred, but stands and portacabin installation kits are available.

Pre-booked remote installation and training usually takes about an hour.

Every cabinet access point will require power and internet 2.1m above the floor. – may be by internal sim and router with a good signal.

Software and backups in the cloud are standard and recommended to allow fast and uninterrupted support, but on-premises systems are available.

If the cabinets lose connection, they will remain usable and retain all action information until reconnected.
